We have just had a feature published in the Wiltshire Society magazine, where our head Chef puts together a delicious Valentines dinner for two people. The artical is on pages 32 and 33.

In the feature, Wojtek shows us how to conjure up a Deli board for two people to share, followed by a Wild Mushroom Pithivier and finished of with a wonderful Creme Brulee for desert.

Deli board to share- consisting of:

A box of Camembert
Garlic to taste
A small sprig of Rosemary
Thinly sliced ham
A wedge of pate
Cherry tomatoes
Baby gherkins
Mixed olives
Crusty french bread
Mushroom Pithivier   Creme Brulee
Mushroom Pithivier
Ready made puff pastry
One egg beaten
A generous handful of wild mushrooms
A knob of butter
A glug of white wine
A splash of double cream
  Creme Brulee
3 egg yolks
1/2pt whipping cream
1 vanilla pod
150g of castor sugar
A sprinkle of soft brown sugar
